RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

  • Any item found faulty, expired tampered with or damaged on delivery should be reported to the Company by sending an email to us at info@alqusai.com mentioning your Order ID. This must be notified to Us via email and the Product must be shipped back to Us. This will be communicated during request raised for return or refund. We will ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to You with no additional cost.
  • The Return of a defective Product needs to be initiated within 24 hours from when it was delivered. This will include any holidays and weekends. Goods must not be damaged after the delivery. The Original bill must be returned along with the Product.
  • We may also take the returned product back with Us and grant credit for the value of the returned product, which will be credited to Your account on. Such credit shall be available and may be used to pay any subsequent invoice.
  • We will be arranging a reverse pickup at to Your convenience. Just in case Our shipping partner doesn’t cater to Your pin code please send it back to Our address using Indian Postal Service. We will reimburse You the return shipping charges to the amount maximum of Rs. 100, for that one has to send a scan copy of courier receipt.
  • Refunds are initiated only after the product has been returned back to Qusai Lifestyle Private Limited. There will be a small inspection on our end upon receiving the product. If all seems right, your amount will be refunded in to the account given within 15 working days. For Refunds, please drop us an email at info@alqusai.com alternatively you can use the contact form. Details required for initiating the refund are:
    • Order No. and goods details that you order along with order amount;
    • Bank Account number and name;
    • Account holder’s name;
    • Account type;
    • IFSC code;
    • Branch name.
  • If the products are damaged or hampered during shipment, the products will be replaced at no cost and must be notified via email or phone within 48 hours of the receipt of the product. While notifying, photos of the damaged products to be sent via email. In such cases, the customer will have to write to (info@alqusai.com) and a prompt response is guaranteed from our end. We will investigate the damage and its causes from our side and repair the merchandise in entirety. All courier charges of this nature will be borne by Qusai Lifestyle Private Limited. Qusai Lifestyle Private Limited will also bear the expenses of the transaction after the repair of the merchandise. The products must be returned in their original packaging and all tags attached to the product(s) must be intact.
  • If the product is different from what the User had seen on the website and The User wishes to return it , the User is to send a request to (info@alqusai.com).
  • If the products are then to be shipped to the concerned address as Qusai Lifestyle Private Limited provides. The shipping charges to be borne by the owner. The money will be then credited to their account for purchase ate future date.
