After placing an order, if the Customer wishes to cancel the order, the Customer shall send an email to ‘with order details of the order(s) that need(s) to be cancelled stating the reason for the same. You can only cancel your order online before the Products have been shipped. We will gladly credit Your bank account with the order amount for Your next purchases. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy.

If in any circumstances, We cancel your order. You will be notified via phone call & email. This happens only in the extreme cases where we’re out of stock or we’re unable to deliver the Products to your place using Our logistics partner. So please make sure you enter the correct contact details while registration. We will refund 100% money to Your account in case you select a Non-COD option.
